Meetings

The full Parish Council meet on the third Thursday of each month, alternately Cliffe (Cliffe Memorial Hall (Small Hall) and Cliffe Woods (Emmanuel Centre, Parkside) at 7:30 pm. The April meeting is replaced by the Annual Parish Meeting (strictly a meeting for the residents of the parish and not the council) and the May meeting is preceded by the AGM of the Parish Council.

The Parish Council Finance & General Purposes Committee meet at 7.30pm on the first Tuesday of each month at St Helen's House, Cliffe. 

The Parish Council Planning Committee meet at 7:30pm on the last Thursday of each month at the Emmanuel Centre, Parkside, Cliffe Woods, if there is sufficient business.

Occasionally it may be necessary for meetings to be cancelled or to move dates to avoid bank holidays or location, to avoid other clashes, please check the calendar.

Members of the press and public are welcome to attend.
