Kent Police advice for reporting nuisance parking

Parking issues!

I recently attended a call regarding a badly parked vehicle. When I arrived, I found the vehicle to be inconsiderately parked but it was not dangerous or obstructing the highway so other than having a polite chat with the owner there was little else I could do.

(usually its enough for the owner to move the vehicle)

We regularly receive calls from members of the public complaining about badly or illegally parked vehicles and often don’t have the capacity to help.

If you are experiencing vehicles parking illegally or in a poor position, then consider getting hold of Medway council parking enforcement. They are a robust team with all the knowledge and powers to deal with parking.
