The Community Grants Scheme will provide £25,000 annually in funding to be divided up between individual projects, with grants of up to £5,000 available. The aim of the Whose Hoo Scheme is to enable local organisations and community groups to develop and deliver projects that foster a deeper sense of ownership and pride in the rich heritage of the Hoo Peninsula. In dividing up the funding, Whose Hoo hope that a variety of individuals and projects come forward who aim to preserve the heritage of the Hoo Peninsula, alongside protecting the environment, improving inclusion, access and participation, and sustainability in the area.

For more information about the Community Projects Grants Scheme, including information about our online Q&A sessions and training, and how to apply, visit: https://whosehoo.org.uk/ The deadline for applications is 16th March 2026.
