Event Name: Lee Family, Kiddie’s Fun Fair

Event Location: Cliffe Woods recreation ground

Event Dates: Open 24th May – 1st June 9 days total. (arriving on site on 19th May, off site by 3rd June)

Event Time: 12 noon to 6pm (though there is an agreement place to stay open until 7pm should the operator wish too)

Event Overview:

This Children’s Fun Fair is made up of a series of amusements of which 4 are inflatables, and a selection of games stalls.

The rides are called juvenile rides and are aimed to appeal to primary school children up to the age of 11.

This will be a token fair which is priced to be affordable at £1.20 per token or £10 for 10 tokens, and each ride ranges from 2 to 4 tokens.

The Family Fun Fair will be promoted locally and is not to be marketed in such a way that it attracts large crowds. It is a small and very specific offer which will attract family to the park who live locally but may not come out to the park and open spaces on a regular basis. It will help bring new audiences to the park and encourage active day out.

The Children’s Funfair is an affordable family offer for local families, and we hope will encourage more people to the park who after enjoying the limited offer the Children’s Fun Fair has will then enjoy the wider park area and children’s playground.
